Any person in sales, marketing, or professional services can benefit from networking. Networking is the ultimate strategy for growing your business. It is the best referral because it comes from someone that the customer trusts. But must of all, networking is an organized way to generate a continuous flow of referrals, which is the dream of every business person. A good networking group naturally bears much fruit.

Networking is an idea whose time has come and yet is still done poorly. It's not so much that people lack the will. It's that they lack a way to do it effectively so they get the most from the time and money they spend on it.

This book is all you need to go from a novice to an expert in the main business development skill for the next decade.

Misner's book is eminently readable and usable. It makes sense, feels right and is doable.

I know the majority of us don't have the perseverence to follow through on new approaches or programs to improve our lives. I urge you not to do that with "The 29% Solution." Don't think about it and find excuses to not follow it, just follow this guaranteed program.

The author has written a great book that will help anyone who needs to add effective networking techniques to whatever they're already doing, in an organized weekly format. The challenge here at least for me, is committing to implementing these weekly gems for a year. Unless you're careful, this could become one of those books you've read, loved, and then put aside meaning to integrate the author's suggestions into what you're already doing, but failing to do so. I'm going to try to avoid that.

I believe that anyone who needs to more effectively network, either for business or personal reasons, will benefit greatly by implementing even some of the author's recommendations.

This is the most experienced presentation of ideas from the number one business networking organization-BNI. The authors brought ideas from the organizations 23 years of experience of tried and valued ways to sucessfully build a business. Readers can select these ideas and test them and fit them into their style and their business plan. I have been a member of this organization for 16 years and it has given me a wealth of confidence and it has helped me succeed. 29% Solution is a keeper. This reference is what you can use over and over. Good Ideas are good when they are used, keep this book off your shelf and put it in your life.
